Προάγεται στο επόμενο έτος ένας φοιτητής αν συγκεντρώσει:

Ιατρική Charles                          60 credits

Ιατρική Safaryk                          40 credits (90 στα προηγούμενα 4 εξάμηνα)

Ιατρική Σόφιας                           60 credits

Φαρμακευτική Comenius          40 credits

Φαρμακευτική Κράλοβε            60 credits

Φαρμακευτική Brno                  45 credits

Κτηνιατρική Κόσιτσε                 60 credits
