Πολλοί πράκτορες , ατζέντηδες, μεσολαβητές υπόσχονται απίθανα πράγματα σχετικά με τα έτη σπουδών στους φοιτητές που μεταγράφονται στα Βουλγάρικα Πανεπιστήμια από άλλο Αγγλόφωνο Πανεπιστήμιο.
Αυτή η αυθαίρετη , κακόπιστη υποσχεσιολογία εμπεριέχει τον κίνδυνο σοβαρής νομικής εμπλοκής των ενδιαφερομένων στο προσεχές μέλλον.
Η Βουλγαρία είναι φιλόξενη χώρα και έχει καλά Πανεπιστήμια. Ήδη πάρθηκαν σοβαρά μέτρα αντιμετώπισης όλων των παράνομων παρατυπιών στη διαδικασία των μεταγραφών.
Οι έλεγχοι είναι εντατικοί, συνεχείς και γίνονται από την Κυβέρνηση της χώρας όσο και από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.
Η διαδικασία της μεταγραφής είναι η ακόλουθη:
- Δίδεται ΝΟΜΙΜΗ αναλυτική βαθμολογία – transcript – στην Κοσμητεία Της Σχολής.
- Το προωθεί στους αρμόδιους οι οποίοι αποφασίζουν σύμφωνα με το ΝΟΜΟ και τους ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΥΣ το ακριβές έτος που εντάσσεται ο φοιτητής.
- Η απόφαση ανακοινώνεται στον ενδιαφερόμενο καθώς και οι διαφορές μαθημάτων.
Αυτοί που υπόσχονται απίθανα πράγματα όσον αφορά το έτος έχουν δύο πρακτικές. Η μία είναι να εξαπατήσουν τον ενδιαφερόμενο ώστε να εγγραφεί πληρώνοντας σ’ αυτούς και κατόπιν όταν θα είναι αργά να τον εντάξουν σε κατώτερο έτος. Η άλλη και πιο επικίνδυνη είναι ΝΑ ΠΕΙΡΑΞΟΥΝ τα νόμιμα έγγραφα και κυρίως το transcript.
Επειδή ΟΛΑ τα έγγραφα με διπλωματική διαδρομή επαληθεύονται, είναι βέβαιη σε σύντομο χρονικό διάστημα η ΔΙΑΓΡΑΦΗ του φοιτητή και οι σοβαρές ποινικές συνέπειες.

Many agents and mediators make hollow promises regarding the placement year of study to students who are transfered to Bulgarian Universities from other English-speaking Universities.
These arbitrary, malicious promises carry the risk of serious legal involvement of the concerned in the near future.
Bulgaria is a hospitable country, has good universities and has already taken serious measures to tackle all illegal irregularities in the transfer process.
The controls are intensive, continuous and conducted by the Government of the country and the European Union.
The transfer process involves :
- A LEGAL transcript to be given to the Dean of the Faculty.
- This is submitted to the responsible university authorities who decide according to LAW and REGULATIONS on the exact year that the student will be accepted.
- The decision and the difference in courses shall be communicated to the person concerned.
Those who make fallacious promises regarding the year of the transfer have two practices. One is to deceive the person to be registered after having been paid and then when it is too late, place them in a lower academic year. The other, and more dangerous practice, is to”falsify” the legitimate documents and especially the transcript.
Because ALL documents are verified through a diplomatic route, it is certain that the student will be EXPELLED and will face serious criminal consequences.
